Isabel was born in McAllen, Texas. She earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a Marketing major and Supply Chain Management minor, Cum Laude, in 2005 from the University of Houston-Downtown. Isabel is currently pursuing an Insurance and Risk Management major (Spring 2013) while also working towards obtaining her Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.   She was recognized as the AMA Chapter - Alumni of the Semester in 2007.

Isabel serves the firm in the capacity of Marketing Director/Office Manager, overseeing a multitude of various aspects of firm management and marketing efforts.  In her career as a Marketer, she authored write-copied television and print advertisements, television commercials, and prepared mass marketing campaigns in Texas and Southern Louisiana.

Isabel is in the American Marketing Association – National; Houston Chapter Marketing Association; UHD-AMA Chapter; and National Hispanic Professional Organization – NHPO. She formerly was a member of the Hispanic Special Interest Group-Houston.
